When placing your order, standard Australia Post Parcel Shipping rates will be applied at Checkout based on delivery postcode and calculated parcel weight. Should you wish to receive your order via Express Post, please select this option at Checkout.

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, an Australia Post tracking ID will be assigned to your order number and emailed to you. You can use to track your parcel and see when it is due to arrive at your door by visiting https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

Dispatch delays:

Please know that our team works hard to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, however, during times of high demand, such as sitewide sales, there may be delays in processing and shipping your order. During such times, we may temporarily remove the Express Shipping option to avoid disappointment. We thank you for your understanding. 

Modifying or cancelling an order:

Should you wish to modify or cancel an order, please  reach out to our team immediately via our "Contact Us" form, or by emailing info@thelittlegreencream.com.au. We will make every effort to assist you. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and dispatched by our team we are unable to make any alterations as by then your parcel will be with the shipping carrier.
